Refund policy

REFUND / CANCELLATION


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at info@nixive.com with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nixive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Flex Moves will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@nixive.com  

Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
We can not cancel the order once it's processed and shipped out. Please contact to our customer service before you receive the shipment confirmation email
If you have already received shipment confirmation email that means your order has left our warehouse and it is on its way to you.

By placing an order on our website, you agreed to our shipping and return policies, which state that in certain scenarios—such as when the recipient is unavailable or delivery access is restricted—you may be required to coordinate with the carrier or collect the parcel yourself; failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned or marked undeliverable, in which case we cannot guarantee a refund.
